Warranty:Â We provide 12 Months Free Pickup & Drop Warranty DashCam + Accessories. i.e. You do not need to send item anywhere or go anywhere, just contact us and we will arrange free pickup of item from your home and then free delivery to your home after repair/replacement. We won’t ask you to send item to our warehouse on your own expense.
Then if you write reviews about our product (NOT NECESSARILY POSITIVE), we will further extend DashCam warranty by 6 Months i.e. Total 18 Months Free Pickup & Drop Warranty !
Delivery Acceptance : We ship by Bluedart Air and OTP is required to accept the package. Open Box Delivery not available. However, customer should verify that package is same as pictures sent on their whatsapp and there is no visual tempering with polyethene/package. In case any doubt, you can reject the package and contact us.
Also it is compulsory for a customer to make an unboxing video to claim any transit damage/wrong item claim or any claim of fraudulent activity with package content.

Installation:Â We have database of car accessories shop/installers in major cities. We will share their contact details as soon as you place order on us. They are well experienced as they have installed/hardwired VIOFO dashcams in existing customers in the city.
Cancellation:Â You can request for cancellation any time even if the product is shipped. We won’t charge anything. You just need to reject the item at doorstep if it is already arrived.
Refund:Â We can provide you full refund if item is undamaged and all accessories, pouch, boxes are maintained in good condition. One can request for refund till 30 days from the date of delivery of product. We will arrange free pickup and will refund the full amount once item gets picked up by our courier partner.
