Warranty:Â
We provide 18 Months(For Dashcam only) & 12 Months(Accessories like GPS Mount, Cables, Adaptor, Hardwire Kit, Bluetooth Remote), Free Pickup & Drop Warranty i.e. You do not need to send item anywhere or go anywhere, just contact us and we will arrange free pickup from your doorstep then free delivery to your home after repair/replacement. We won’t ask you to send item to our warehouse on your own expense.
Then if you write reviews about our product (NOT NECESSARILY POSITIVE) on product page of amazon & this website both, we will extend DashCam warranty by 6 Months i.e. Total 24 Months from date of delivery of product.
Delivery Acceptance : We ship by Bluedart Air and OTP is required to accept the package. Open Box Delivery not available. However, customer should verify that there is no visual tempering with polyethene/package. In case any doubt, you can reject the package and contact us.
Also it is compulsory for a customer to make a proper unboxing video to claim any transit damage/wrong item claim or any claim of fraudulent activity with package content.
Return:Â Â Unused & unopened items will be accepted for return. We will arrange the return pickup and we will refund you deducting shipping charges ( To & Fro) once we receive & verify the contents.
Installation:Â We have database of car accessories shop/installers in major cities. We will share their contact details as soon as you place order on us. They are well experienced as they have installed/hardwired VIOFO dashcams in existing customers in the city.
Cancellation:Â You can request for cancellation on our mobile number 8160446485 by whatsapp/SMS any time even if the product is shipped. You just need to reject the item at doorstep if it is already arrived and we will refund you after deducting the shipping charges ( To & Fro) once we receive the item. If it is already delivered, you can raise return request to us.
