Exceptionally well

Nothing but exceptional product & outstanding customer service.

I bought this VIOFO dash cam from VIOFO.in, and it worked flawlessly from day one. Eventually, it developed a minor issue that I couldn’t resolve myself. What truly impressed me was the incredible customer support. They guided me through troubleshooting and stayed in touch throughout.

When the issue couldn’t be fixed remotely, they arranged a free pickup via air transport the very next day. Just three days later, I received a fully tested replacement, delivered to my doorstep, completely free of charge!

Hats off to VIOFO India and Mr. V for offering great products at competitive prices and backing them with truly world-class service. I’ll only buy VIOFO dash cams.

Wifi is so easy to use

I opted to go for Viofo A229Pro after my brother recommended it as he has been using it for almost a year. Also, when i browsed for good dashcam for my new car, most of the searched returned Viofo. Youtube also helped and suggested that instead of opting for a cheap dashcam invest in good technology. The images & video captured by the dashcam A229 pro is crisp and clear and the vehicle registration number is easily ligible. A Good product.

My opinion after 15 days usage

1.4k@ upto 60 fps + HDR support in 30fps in both channels
2. Best in class customer support
3. Superb clarity in both channels recordings
4. Natural color crisp crystal clear sharp videos
5. Upto 4TB SSD support
6. G sensor working perfectly
7. Excellent Night videos even in low lights
8. Very Good Application provided for perfect amalgamation of software and hardware.
9. Regularly firmware updates available
10. Best in class door step pickup + drop warranty upto 24 months by Seller .
