    I bought VIOFO A229 pro 2Ch directly from Mr.Vijay, no doubt it’s bit pricey but the quality of front and rear cam is just amazing. It does the job well, I have used it already for a week now and I find the night footage crisp and clear. Mr.Vijay helped me address all my questions promptly, i would encourage buying directly from viofo site as it’s slightly cheaper from online unless there are some additional card offers.

    Purchased the A229 Pro through.Mr Vijaybhai Atusas.sales Vadodara. Added the interior camera and hardwire kit extra. Vijaybhai offered some discounts for UPi payments and deal done. All items shipped in perfect condition via blue dart in 24 hours..Got it fixed with my fitter. Vijaybhai was supportive and answered all queries during fitment via video call. Have done both socket wiring and hardwiring but using socket wiring at present. Installed a 128 GB endurance scan disk card which will record around 3-4 hours.. Not using the hardware kit at present as it is recording continuously and I was told to update firmware via SD card online which am yet to do. Will update this once done. Hardwiring kit two fuse tapes were sent but my 7.5 elevate fuse was smaller so had to buy two new fuses (got only 5A) and works well. Could not install back CPL filter provided as it is not plug (front free CPL filter is plug on)and needs to be stuck with fevibind.Every one minute recording switches from front back and interior cameras. Front and back Camera quality is great. Worth the money..Thank vijaybhai for great sales and service aupport

    Viofo A229 pro is one of the best Dashcam for today’s generation all categories of car’s. It has all the necessary features which a decent Dashcam should must have. It’s picture and video quality is topnotch and above all whether it is day or night, It can easily read the car’s registration plate and other minute details. Apart for it both the camera’s are equipped with SONY STARVIS 2 IMAGE SENSORS.I am fully satisfied with the quality of this Dashcam. This Dashcam is totally worth it’s price in every aspects.

    Ordered Viofo A229 Pro 2CH on 26 June 2024 and received it on the very next day at Bangalore. I familiarized myself with the gadget and I fitted it myself in my Thar. Mr Vijay was kind enough to answer all my queries and doubts. I had excellent support from him. Here are my observations

    1. As instructed, I pasted the electrostatic sticker on the windshield and then, stuck the gadget on it, but the gadget fell down. So, I removed the electrostatic sticker from the windshield and stuck the gadget directly on the windshield, all is well now!
    2. Some voice commands like ‘take photo’ was not replied with either beep or voice notification, but found the image in the gadget’s gallery! Sometimes, the gadget recognized that voice command and I got immediate response with visual and voice notifications! The gadget is moody, it seems!
    3. My Thar is equipped with auto stop-start feature that automatically switches off the engine if the vehicle is idling and starts again if the foot is removed from the brake. The gadget switches itself off after the engine is switched off, but refuses to come alive when the engine auto starts itself. I had to manually switch it on.
    4. The video and image quality is awesome. I am fully satisfied.

Its front camera delivers exceptional video quality, while the rear camera, despite being limited to 2K, provides a decent output. The inclusion of Starvis 2 technology ensures remarkable performance in both front and rear cameras, especially in low-light conditions.

    One notable issue is the heating of the device, which appears higher than most other dash cams. This could be attributed to the fast recording of high-quality videos and the use of maximum bitrate settings.
