A229 - Value for Money, highly recommended

I installed the A229 Plus dashcam with CPL filters and a 128GB Viofo SD card. The cameras perform well, but I notice some glare during the day despite the filters.

The Viofo app on my Samsung S23 needs improvement. WiFi connectivity can be spotty, requiring manual activation each time. A settings option for default WiFi activation, like the mic settings, would be helpful.

When connected for live streaming, my phone loses mobile network – ideally, both should work simultaneously for internet access. It'd be great if the Viofo app came pre-installed on Android or had live streaming on the car's screen as an added feature.

Despite these issues, the dashcam's core functionality is solid. With some tweaks, it could be even better
